Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work in-home, school, and community settings, providing one-on-one ABA support to children with autism. You will follow personalized plans created by a BCBA and collect data to track progress. Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA is available from day one.
Active RBT certification is ideal, but we offer a clear path to certification. Roles are in‑person with flexible hours, and retention bonuses up to $1,000 are available as milestones are reached.
