Job Description:
- Aligns organizational practices with core values and mission and promotes ethical standards across the organization.
- Supports community outreach initiatives.

- Provides training and education to staff on mission-related topics.
- Engages with community partners to enhance collaboration.
- Enhances community health through preventive care initiatives by organizing health fairs and workshops for community education and collaborating with local organizations to support community health.
- Provides emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff and offers counseling services to those in need.
- Conducts religious services for spiritual nourishment, facilitates support groups for emotional and spiritual well-being and organizes spiritual activities to foster a sense of community.

- 3+ experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care [Required]
- At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education [Preferred]
