Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team!

This role plays a critical part in protecting endpoints and overall security posture. It’s a mix of hands‑on security operations, endpoint engineering, and strategic cybersecurity work. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team, drive security improvements, and work with modern tools in a forward‑thinking environment.

• Operating, tuning, and maintaining endpoint security tools.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Manage and secure endpoint management platforms (SCCM/MECM & Intune).
• Handle daily operational tasks: patching, vulnerability remediation, log review, and health monitoring of all security solutions.
• Conduct and participate in vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing activities.
• Deploy, integrate, and configure new security tools and enhancements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on security posture and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, IT risk, IT compliance, or similar environment.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with KnowBe4 security awareness training.
• At least one cybersecurity certification (Security+ preferred).

• Managed SIEM service experience.
• Experience with Proofpoint and Patch My PC.
• Exposure to or experience with a Managed SOC.
• NIST certifications or framework experience.
