ASL Interpreter - On Site

Established in Berkeley in 1992, Accent On Languages is a woman- and minority-owned language services company supporting local, state, and federal government agencies, law enforcement, and commercial clients in over 120 languages. We are committed to providing accurate, reliable language services that help bridge communication gaps and improve access for limited-English-proficient communities.

Accent On Languages is seeking qualified On-Site ASL Interpreters to support assignments in Douglas County School District and surrounding areas. Interpretation may be needed for educational, medical, legal, social services, and other settings where language access is needed.

We are looking for reliable, culturally aware linguists who can facilitate clear and accurate communication while maintaining confidentiality, impartiality, and professionalism.

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Must have experience providing consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation.
• Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in Douglas County School District, Castle Rock or within a 50-mile radius.

• Previous experience interpreting in medical, legal, social services, educational, or other relevant settings.
• Relevant interpreting certification, training, or specialized credentials.
• Familiarity with professional interpreting ethics, confidentiality requirements, and cultural competency.
