Veterinary Receptionist - Animal Care Center of Castle Pines

Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best care possible.
  • Demonstrate empathy and respect in every situation, providing a calming presence for clients and treating each pet with care.
Qualifications
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
