The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are searching for passionate beauty lovers to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Must lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Includes standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
