Overview:
Kate Spade New York is a global lifestyle brand known for colorful and bold designs. This temporary associate position supports our retail operations as a Senior Sales Associate.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store operations.

• Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and create a personal connection with guests.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business‑driving events.
• Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate client feedback to store leadership to enhance service and sales.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
