Responsibilities
  • Client & Service Expert
    :
    Achieve individual sales goals. Develop strong product knowledge across all categories. Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade experience. Build a personal connection with guests and effectively use selling skills.
  • Leadership Presence
    :
    Achieve personal sales goals. Possess extensive product knowledge. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business‑driving events in store.
  • Building Brand Equity
    :
    Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers. Build strong relationships as a brand ambassador, communicate client feedback to leadership, and adhere to all company policies with honesty and integrity.
  • Operational Excellence
    :
    Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.
Qualifications
  • Professional Skills
    :
    Strong communication skills. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style.
  • Experience & Education
    :
    Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Available to work store schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.
