Job SummaryAs the ultimate leader of the store, a Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance. You will hire, develop, and motivate a diverse team, create a culture of belonging, deliver a world‑class guest experience, and manage P&L, labor, inventory, and visual merchandising to achieve business goals.
Core Responsibilities- Leadership and People Management – Build a respectful, inclusive team, establish vision, hire diverse talent, coach development, address employee concerns, and lead performance management.
- Guest Experience and Community – Lead exceptional guest experience, coach product education, manage in‑store team, handle escalations, and cultivate community relationships and local projects.
- Operations, Product, and Strategy – Drive visual merchandising, product strategy, inventory management, quarterly planning, P&L ownership, safety policies, and dynamic floor leadership.
- Budget Responsibility – Control controllable budget, labor hours, and annual sales plan target.
- People Management – Direct all other store leadership roles, hire and terminate all store employees.
- Inclusion & Diversity – Create an inclusive environment that values differences.
- Integrity – Behave honestly, fairly, and ethically.
- Leadership – Inspire, empower, develop, and direct people.
- Decision Making/Problem Solving – Identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and make effective, timely decisions.

- Change Management Leadership – Lead through change processes and uncertainty.
- Business Acumen – Understand profit/loss, budgets, forecasts, and retail strategy.
- Interactive Communication – Convey information effectively and understand shared information.
- Eligibility – Authorized to work in the country, ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Experience – 1 yr people‑management experience (recruiting, hiring, accountability), 1 yr managing business operations and administration, retail scheduling, labor hours, and project management.
- Education – High school diploma, GED, or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Work Context – Bright lights, loud music, teamwork and independence, conflict mediation, community outreach, computer use, walking most of the shift, occasional lifting up to 30 lb.
- Schedule/Availability – Variable schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Job Assets (Nice to Have) – 2 yrs retail or sales specific management experience.

Base pay starts at $50,000 / yr with an additional bonus target of 30 % of base salary.
