• Pay $15.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience
• Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Talk and listen to new, established, and prospective clients.
• Turn client criticisms into positive customer service experiences.
• Process scheduling and payments using computer programs.
• Help create the best work environment for employees and best experiences for clients.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; experience selling memberships or services in person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems.

Membership sales experience required.
