Retail Sales Associate​/Customer Service

• Pay $15.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience
• Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Engage in conversations with new clients, established clients, and prospective clients, listening actively.
• Turn client criticism into stories of excellent customer service.
• Conduct scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems.
• Create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Experience in a spa-like or similar environment; hospitality and execution valued.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.
• Membership sales experience required.
