We are seeking out people-orientated individuals with customer support and has proven experience in sales with our crew of insurance experts and earn $35,000.00 annually PLUSearn as much as $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 in commissions (uncapped)!

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Good work ethic
• Sales experience (preferred) with a successful track record of meeting sales targets

Responsibilities

• Establishing new customer relationships
• Identifying customer needs and recommending insurance plan options
• Marketing appropriate products and services and achieving specific sales goals
• Maintaining current customer relationships
• Responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications

Our district will provide the training, support, and wealth of resources you will need to succeed in this role. You will learn more about Farmers’ insurance products, sales processes, and marketing strategies. We require Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses, but don’t worry, if you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them!

• Annual commission of up to $60,000.00 or more!
