Auburn Brook is looking for a highly skilled, hands‑on Maintenance Lead who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly, safely, and looking its best every single day. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and support the onsite maintenance team
  • Oversee daily work orders, unit turns, and emergency repairs
  • Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building systems
  • Keep grounds, common areas, and exteriors clean and well‑maintained
  • Complete preventative maintenance and adhere to safety procedures
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, vendor coordination, and special projects
  • Uphold OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies
  • Respond to on‑call rotations and emergency tenant calls
  • Shovel snow and assist with winter readiness as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Pool experience is a major plus
  • EPA Certification required
  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team
  • Must own standard hand tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must work well as part of a team
  • Must be willing to handle on‑call rotations (emergency tenant calls)
  • Must be willing to shovel snow and support seasonal property needs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high property standards
