McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., is seeking Electrical Helpers for the construction of a solar facility located in Kiowa, CO . McCarthy is looking for team members that have a proven commitment to safety, are accustomed to working outdoors, and can be committed to a full‑time schedule.

Assist electricians with installing and wiring electrical panels

Help with conduit runs, wire pulls, and terminations

Support remediation, repair, and maintenance activities

Perform underground electrical work as directed

Support layout and installation of conduit runs per site standards.

• Follow facility safety procedures when using materials and equipment.

Experience with solar construction projects preferred but not required.

Prior experience using various tools that are required to install electrical components.

Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of material weighing 50 lbs.

Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions and confined spaces.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation.

Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception.

Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Age 18+
