HVAC Service Technician

Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for our clients' plumbing and HVAC systems in the Castle Rock Metro area. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HVAC background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

*** On average this position will make from $70,000 - $140,000***

• The Job- Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
• Serve Gladly - Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
• Problem Solve Skillfully - Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval.
• Work Dependably - Keep company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate Effectively - Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.

• Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance

• Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van
• Punctual
• While NATE, RMGA, and EPA certifications are preferred, we are willing to assist with training and certification fees.

• Must pass national background check and drug screening
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
• EPA certification
