Nytech Heating & Cooling is a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for our clients' plumbing and HVAC systems in the Castle Rock Metro area. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HVAC background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Serve your neighbors and community by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively: keep customers informed of the work, explain procedures, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and care for the company vehicle, keeping it clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with required equipment.
• Work dependably, including weekends and evenings on a rotating basis.
• Keep the customer updated and gain their approval for repairs.

• Excellent active listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings on a rotating basis.
• Professional certifications preferred (NATE, RMGA, EPA), but we will assist with training and fees.

• Must pass a national background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• EPA certification (preferred).

• Salary range: $70,000 – $140,000***.
