• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Learn plumbing systems, codes, tools, and best practices through hands-on experience
• Support service calls including water heaters, faucets, leaks, drains, and fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and assist with truck inventory
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

• 2+ year of plumbing or construction-related experience preferred (but not required)
• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a plumbing apprenticeship program
• Strong desire to learn the trade and grow into a licensed plumber
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
