Maintenance Helper / Maintenance Technician
This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance, handyman, construction, or apartment experience who wants consistent hours, hands-on work, and the chance to increase their pay after being hired on permanently.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends!
Pay:
Starting at $18 - 20/hr
Opportunity for pay increase upon permanent hire based on performance and experience
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Job Duties May Include:
- Basic apartment maintenance and repairs
- Painting and drywall touch-ups
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Appliance installation or repair assistance
- Property upkeep and work orders
- Make-ready and unit turns
- General handyman and maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, bend, and work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus
