Pick up and Delivery Coordinator; Customer Experience

We're looking for an organized, reliable Pick Up & Delivery Coordinator to run our service valet operation. In this role, you'll plan daily routes, dispatch drivers, and coordinate with the service team so every customer vehicle is picked up, serviced, and returned on time. • Plan, schedule, and dispatch daily pick up and delivery routes for service customers
• Assign drivers based on location, timing, and workload to maximize on-time performance and route efficiency
• Coordinate with service advisors and the shop to align vehicle pickups and returns with appointment times and repair completion
• Confirm pickup and delivery windows with customers by phone and text, and communicate proactively on any delays
• Track driver status and vehicle location throughout the day and adjust routes in real time as needs change
• Ensure vehicle condition inspections, keys, and paperwork are properly documented at pickup and drop off
• Process payments and collect signatures at delivery as required
• Handle customer concerns related to pickup and delivery with integrity and poise, escalating when needed
• Maintain daily logs and report on volume, on-time rate, and driver productivity
• Support driver onboarding and ensure drivers follow company safety and customer service standards

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, scheduling, or automotive service preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling, dispatch, or DMS software, plus Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of local roads and service area geography
• Ability to work effectively with customers, drivers, service staff, and vendors while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
