Lifesteps is hiring a Full‑Time Community Homes Supervisor in the Castle Shannon area.

The Supervisor provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. The Supervisor improves quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. In addition, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and handling the day‑to‑day activities of the Community Home.

The Supervisor directly supervises all house staff and functions as a Residential Companion as part of the direct care team.

This full‑time position works a two‑week rotating schedule:

• Week 1: 7 am – 3 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; 7 am – 11 pm Saturday
• Week 2: 7 am – 3 pm Sunday through Thursday

• High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years’ experience working in a human service or related field
• Current driver’s license
• Obtain a Medication Administration Certification within 6 months of hire
• First Aid/CPR certified within 6 months of hire

• Associate Degree or equivalent credits (60) and 2 years of experience working in a human service, Special Education or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience working in a human service or related field
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of 6400, 6500, and/or 2380 regulations (or equivalent regulations)
