Lecturer Construction and the Built Environment - Management and Digital

We have an amazing opportunity in to teach our enthusiastic and motivated students and help them achieve their highest potential. Working as part of our Construction team, you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all learners successfully achieve their goals.

• Produce and manage every learner's individual learning plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential
• Promote student progress, engagement and achievement, and ensure a high-quality student experience
• Develop and produce high-quality learning materials
• Promote student engagement with the Construction Sector

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.

• A degree in Construction or other related discipline, a Higher National Diploma, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
• Experience of teaching Construction or a similar Level 3 qualification
• A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
