What You'll Do

• Lead the Finance Function:
  Manage and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Own the Numbers:
  Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts, delivering timely and accurate reporting.
• Shape Strategy:
  Develop business plans and challenge assumptions to ensure robust decision-making.
• Cash Flow & Compliance:
  Oversee cash management, tax, audit, and risk processes, maintaining strong relationships with banks and auditors.
• Drive Best Practice:
  Implement and maintain policies, controls, and reporting standards that support growth and mitigate risk.

• Qualified Professional: CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, with a strong track record in senior finance roles.
• Strategic Thinker:
  Able to see the bigger picture while managing the detail.
