Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor? Regional Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a industry‑leading logistics company that are looking for a new individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, where you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the warehouse, supporting daily operations, and leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure service levels and business targets are consistently achieved.

• Support the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations
• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives
• Ensure inbound deliveries are received, checked, and stored correctly
• Oversee order picking, sorting, and preparation for dispatch
• Monitor performance against operational targets and KPIs
• Promote a positive team‑working culture
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues, escalating where appropriate
• Ensure all manual handling and health & safety procedures are followed

• Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service requirements and operational impact
