General Operative - Rotating 3 Shifts

You must be able to work all 3 shifts:

• 6am-2pm
• 2pm-10pm
• 10pm-6am

This is not a fixed-shift or days-only role

Aqumen Recruitment is looking for General Operatives to join a busy plastic recycling and manufacturing site in Allerton Bywater.

This is mainly a physical shop-floor role
, with around 80% production work and 20% warehouse/FLT work
.

You'll be:

• Feeding materials into recycling machinery
• Preparing plastic materials for processing
• Working around shredders, blenders and production equipment
• Moving and organising materials
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Using a forklift when required
• Keeping the work area clean and safe

• Warehouse, factory or general operative experience
• Experience in a physical, hands-on role
• Some previous forklift driving experience
• Valid FLT licence required
• A reliable and safety-conscious approachi>
• Ability to work all 3 rotating shifts

You need to be comfortable spending most of your shift working on the production floor
, rather than driving a forklift all day.
