Paint Sprayer

Our client, a well-established automotive accident repair centre based in Castleford, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. • Basic salary up to £45,760 depending on experience
• OTE of £60,000
• Working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 with no weekend work
• Stable employment within a respected company

• Prepare vehicles for painting and polishing post-spray, ensuring correct and safe standards
• Accurately record hours worked, materials utilised, and work completed on each vehicle
• Prepare and refinish vehicle body surfaces and alloy wheels
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the painting process
• Use water-based paints and refinishing techniques as required
• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times

• At least 3 years of experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop or main dealer environment
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Experience with water-based paints preferred
• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
• NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but extensive experience may be considered in lieu
