• Salary £27,000 – £29,000, paid monthly with performance bonus

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to hit sales and service goals, and bring energy and positivity to everything you do.

• Support the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and drive commercial results
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver world‑class service
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and inspire confidence
• Coach and develop team members to reach their potential
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards
• Ensure excellent operational standards, from health and safety to cash management

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader in a customer‑focused retail environment
• A warm, approachable leadership style with a passion for people and product
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver great customer service
• Energy, enthusiasm and a love for retail
