• As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store.
• Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, deliver strong results, and ensure store operations run smoothly — stepping up to take full responsibility when required.
• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities.
• Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus.
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports, and supporting action plans to improve results.
• Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge.
• Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values.
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times.
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

• A strong passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with our values.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• A track record of working to and driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Solid experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others.
• A hands‑on, commercially minded approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
