Branch Assistant

We are a 5/7 day operation (check our website for specific opening times). We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over. Customers are at the heart of everything we do – our goal is to help them quickly find what they need, keep shelves full, and provide speedy service through the tills. We also support customers who need delivery and ensure accurate picking of their items.

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide a friendly, efficient experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and ensure accurate picking and stocking.
• Provide speed of service through the tills and support delivery processes.
• Work as part of a dynamic, fast‑paced team and adapt to varied daily tasks.

• A can‑do attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Must be punctual, well presented, and ready to work 5/7 days a week.

• Age 17 and over. If the role requires working before 6:15am, after 9:45pm, or in certain areas such as warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, or driving, only candidates aged 18 and over will be considered.
