We're recruiting for a Store Manager to join a successful and growing sports retailer. As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading your team to achieve sales and KPI targets while creating an engaging environment for customers who share a passion for sport. The Role Lead, coach and develop a successful retail team. Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Use your passion and product knowledge to engage customers. Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards. Manage day-to-day operations, stock and compliance. About You You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within sports retail, specialist retail or another customer-focused retail environment.
