We are working with a leading global lifestyle and performance retail brand to recruit a Store Manager for their West Yorkshire outlet store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager to join a high-traffic, fast-paced retail environment where customer experience, commercial performance and team leadership are key to success.

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager who thrives in an outlet or high-volume retail environment and has a passion for leading teams to deliver strong commercial results.

The Role:

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance, leading a large and fast-moving retail team in a high-footfall outlet environment.

You will:

Lead, coach and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial results

Drive sales, KPIs, conversion and productivity, using store performance data to identify opportunities and implement action plans

Take responsibility for all store operations, including stock control, rotas, compliance and loss prevention

Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and customer experience

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development to maximise team performance

Act as a key holder and lead from the front, creating a strong and positive culture on the retail shop floor

About You:

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or senior retail management professional

Ideally experience within outlet retail, fashion retail, sports retail, lifestyle retail or another high-volume retail environment

Strong retail leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams

Commercially focused with a strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales and store performance

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience

Hands-on, organised and confident, with strong communication and decision-making skills
