About the RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team at our centre Anfang Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team.
Responsibilities- Generate sales opportunities through outbound and inbound contact, utilising data from a CRM base to promote forklift product solutions and services.
- Direct selling to customers.
- Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within the Toyota portfolio.
- Passionate and results‑driven person.
- Strong team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
- Experience of traditional and online customer interaction desirable but not essential.
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
