About

Castleford Lane Children’s Home

Castleford Lane is a small 3‑bedded children’s home located in the WF11 postcode area, supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs on a medium to long‑term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a stable, established service with the support of a highly experienced Responsible Individual and a strong operational structure behind you. You will be fully supported by Hexagon’s in‑house teams across referrals, HR, finance, recruitment, IT and maintenance, allowing you to focus on quality of care, leadership, and outcomes for young people.

We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible.
