Reporting to the Manager of Accounting and Payroll Services, this role requires adept handling of invoices and reimbursement processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and payment requests accurately

• Reconcile vendor and employee expense accounts monthly

• Maintain organized accounts payable filing systems

• Handle inquiries with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude

• Support finance roles during staff absences or breaks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration - Accounting

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred

• Strong Excel and computer accounting skills required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
