Oversee bingo operations with Chances Castlegar while applying cash handling, customer service, and prize-management skills part time. Support patrons and staff during games.
Berezan Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time Bingo Coordinator for its Chances Castlegar Team. You will supervise game operations, manage prizes, maintain facility organization, and deliver customer service. The position also includes KODIAK system management, account administration, and Responsible Gambling communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee bingo game operations and prize boards
- Supervise and support bingo staff during games
- Manage prizes and bingo-related accounts
- Operate KODIAK for efficient game operations
- Verify winning bingo cards when required
- Excellent cash handling skills for large cash volumes
- Strong math skills for transaction reconciliation
- Customer service skills focused on exceptional experiences
- Ability to obtain Serving It Right certification
- Must be 19+ and pass required checks
