Position: Full-Time Registered Massage Therapist Position
Elevate client health at Back in Balance Wellness Center as a full-time Registered Massage Therapist in Castlegar, BC. Provide tailored massage therapies to relieve pain, tension, and stress.

In this role, the RMT will perform client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. You will deliver a variety of massage techniques while documenting treatments accurately. Collaboration with wellness practitioners is vital for ensuring integrated and comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments for effective treatment

• Develop individualized massage therapy plans for each client

• Administer various therapeutic massage techniques

• Document treatments and client responses accurately

• Educate clients on self-care and wellness strategies

Requirements:

• Valid registration with Massage Therapy regulatory body in BC

• Diploma or degree in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution

• Strong skills in customer service and client relationships

• Proficiency in stress management techniques
