This casual position requires energetic individuals to assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the sawmill. Work every Saturday and Sunday, supporting trades employees with cleanup duties and spark watch tasks. Emphasizing a commitment to teamwork and safety, you will contribute to a positive work atmosphere and uphold our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with cleanup throughout the sawmill
• Conduct spark watch duties to ensure safety
• Follow all safety regulations during operations
• Support trades employees as needed
• Maintain a clean work environment consistently
Requirements:
• Motivated self-starter with a safety mindset
• Ability to handle exposure to various work environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork and quality work
• Related training such as OFA Level 3 or Forklift certification
