About the role
Are you confident managing busy clinical services while coordinating a team? Join Noble’s Hospital as a Personal Secretary / Clinical Secretary Co-ordinator within the Clinical Administration Team. We have two vacancies available – one covering Anaesthetics, Pain Management and Thoracic Surgery, the other covering Rheumatology, Nephrology and Neurology. In these roles, you will take ownership of consultant diaries, theatre lists and outpatient clinics, ensuring schedules run efficiently and patients are prioritised and followed up appropriately.
Acting as a central liaison point, you will lead a team of clinical secretarial and administrative staff, managing workload, resolving competing priorities, and maintaining a time‑efficient service across the department.
This is an opportunity to use your organisation, communication and leadership skills in a role where you can shape how the service operates day to day. You will guide and develop others, provide training across clinical administration systems, and support key processes such as clinic and discharge documentation. If you are comfortable working to tight deadlines, handling sensitive information, and building strong working relationships with consultants, this role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to grow your experience while contributing to effective patient care.
