• Designing and developingend-to-end featuresacross the platform (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases).
• Working closely with product managers and designers to bring new functionality to life.
• Writing clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
• Contributing to architectural decisions as the product and engineering team grow.
• Helping optimise performance, security, and scalability for a fintech environment.

Strong experience withmodern front-end frameworks(React, Vue, or Angular).

Solid back-end development skills inNode.js, Python, or Java(they’re flexible but Node is a plus).

Experience working withdatabases(SQL and No

SQL).

Knowledge ofAPI design and integration.

An understanding ofsecurity best practices—especially important in fintech.
