You will lead the design and adoption of Copilot and AI productivity tools, ensuring they are embedded into everyday workflows and deliver measurable improvements in how work gets done. The focus is on transforming AI capability into practical, high-impact usage.

• Lead rollout and embedding of Copilot and AI productivity tools
• Translate user requirements into simple, intuitive AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure alignment with security, identity and data governance standards
• Drive adoption and proficient use across teams
• Enable integration with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Promote best practice and reusable patterns

You will collaborate with business teams, IT, and data specialists to ensure AI tools are aligned to genuine user requirements and deliver meaningful value.

This role sits at the centre of how AI is experienced day-to-day, shaping productivity, decision-making and how teams interact with technology.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform or similar
• Strong understanding of cloud, identity and integration
• Ability to simplify complex technology for users
• Proficiency working with stakeholders and end users
• A collaborative approach to driving adoption and change
