Working closely with Operations, Production and Quality teams, you'll use data-driven insights and hands-on engineering expertise to improve productivity, reduce waste, enhance quality and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects across the site. Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, efficiency and cost reduction. Analyse manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation. Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions. Support automation and process enhancement projects. Develop and mentor a small engineering team. Utilise manufacturing data and KPIs to support operational decision-making. About You Degree qualified in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
Six Sigma Green Belt (or above). Proven experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise.
Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing performance data. Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills. Desirable:
Experience with in plastics, extrusion, injection moulding or process manufacturing environments. Exposure to automation, robotics or advanced manufacturing technologies.
