Area Sales Manager – Plumbing

A long-established and highly respected UK manufacturer within the plumbing sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow its South West & Wales territory.

This family-run business has built an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and technical excellence. Employing over 100+ people and with ambitious growth plans to double turnover by 2030, this is an exciting time to join the organisation.

You will be responsible for managing a well-established territory currently generating circa £1m turnover, with significant opportunity for growth.

The role will involve working with a variety of customers which include:

• Plumbing & Heating Merchants
• Social Housing
• Plumbing Contractors
• End Users

You will be managing relationships, driving new business, and maintaining strong distribution partnerships across the region.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within:

• Plumbing & Heating
• HVAC
• Technical product sales

Both experienced field sales professionals and ambitious, up-and-coming candidates from a merchant background will be considered.

The key requirement is commitment, drive, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Basic Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (dependent on experience)
