Get Recruited is partnering with a growing supplier of premium and luxury home improvement products to recruit a Sales Executive for its new showroom and office in Beckenham.

As Sales Executive , you'll work with homeowners, architects and developers on projects where quality, design, finishes and attention to detail matter. You'll help customers choose products that complement their properties, guiding them from their first enquiry through to completed installation. With warm enquiries generated through digital marketing, referrals and repeat business, this Sales Executive opportunity gives you a strong platform to build relationships, close sales and increase your earnings.

Manage warm enquiries by phone, email and in the showroom, providing a professional and personalised experience. Understand each customer's property, project and preferences, recommending suitable premium products, finishes and accessories. Prepare tailored quotations, explain product options and communicate the quality and value behind the range. Use your skills as a Sales Executive to handle objections, negotiate confidently and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Build relationships with homeowners, architects and developers, creating opportunities for repeat orders and larger projects. Take ownership beyond the sale, checking specifications, measurements, finishes and order details carefully. Arrange site surveys, raise invoices and submit confirmed orders for manufacture. Coordinate suppliers, production teams and installers to keep projects progressing. Monitor orders, book installations and resolve potential delays with the relevant teams.

Keep customers informed throughout, delivering the attentive service expected when purchasing luxury goods. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on quotations and provide updates on your pipeline, conversions and project progress. THE PERSON:
Experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Showroom Sales Executive, Luxury Sales Consultant, Sales Advisor or Business Development Executive . A track record of converting customer enquiries into sales and achieving targets. A consultative approach, with the confidence to sell on quality, design, service and value. An organised Sales Executive who can manage multiple enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders. Strong attention to detail when handling specifications, finishes and customer requirements.

Confidence preparing quotations, handling objections, negotiating and closing sales. Experience coordinating customer orders, installations or projects would be beneficial. Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining consistent follow-up. Experience selling premium or luxury goods would be desirable. A background in doors, windows, glazing, interiors, construction or home improvements would be advantageous. Whether you're a Sales Executive selling home improvement products or a Sales Consultant experienced in luxury goods, you'll bring a personable approach, commercial drive and pride in delivering excellent customer service.
