SIGRA in Castricum biedt een functie als assistent begeleider in een woonproject voor jongeren met een beperking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van jongeren tussen 16 en 25 jaar, met een focus op zelfstandigheid en sociale vaardigheden.
Je werkt in een team en biedt individuele en groepsondersteuning. Een relevante mbo-opleiding en ervaring met deze doelgroep zijn vereist. Wij bieden een betekenisvolle rol met ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een goed inwerktraject.
