Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is recruiting a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist/ENT to join a busy and growing department. Be busy quickly! Residents, Fellows, and experienced Physicians are welcome to apply.

• Possess an active California Medical License or ability to apply for one
• The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong preference to be comfortable with Trauma (Level 2 trauma center) for adults
• Able to treat all ages is preferred
• Needs to live within 30 minutes of Castro Valley Eden Medical Center due to call requirements
• Ability to work with Epic EHR- training is available!

• Competitive compensation with income guarantee
• Salary range $493,079 - $557,987

The listed range is solely a base compensation for full-time (1.0 FTE) clinicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, experience, community need, and other possible determining factors.

• Residency Stipend of $1,000 per month for residents who commit to hire for a maximum of 12 months
