Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our busy and well-established department in Castro Valley, California. This is a full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offering immediate volume, excellent support, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patient care in a collegial, physician-led environment.

  Level II trauma center exposure for adult cases

• Call coverage:
  Candidate must reside within 30 minutes of Eden Medical Center

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with adult trauma preferred; ability to care for all ages ideal

• Competitive guaranteed base salary: $493,079 – $557,987 annually (DOE)
• Incentive opportunities available beyond base compensation
• $1,000/month residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months before hire
• Signing bonus and relocation allowance provided
