Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day marina, boat rental, food & beverage and retail operations with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Elevate the guest experience by upholding and championing exceptional service standards across all areas.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor both seasonal and full‑time team members in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect guests, staff, and natural resources.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations.
  • Strong background in managing seasonal teams and building high‑performance cultures.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Education:

Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
