The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, is to maximize the productivity, profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

• Operational oversight of the hospital and leadership of the technician and receptionist teams.
• Management of the practice’s budget, key performance indicators and client loyalty initiatives.
• Ensuring client care meets the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and presentation skills.
• Experience in veterinary management and business operations OR experience as a Lead RVT.
• Proficiency with financial and business development management of a veterinary practice.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 – $36.00 per hour with a 40‑hour work week, Monday – Friday and weekends as needed. Pay will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type.
