Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you'll

• Execute our highly effective lead generation systems, ensuring a steady stream of prospects.
• Consult with buyers, secure agreements, and help them find their dream homes.
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline your workflow and stay organized.
• Host Open Houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Participate in weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and team activities, fueling your growth and success.

Qualifications

Must have and active CA DRE real estate license
