Are you passionate about crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Team Lead at our new location and serve the community of Castro Valley!

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, coffees, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Interact warmly with customers, take orders, and ensure an enjoyable experience for every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and efficiency in operations.

• Previous experience in a café or beverage service setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead in a cafe / retail setting.
