Position: Sr Staff Digital Design Engineer
Location: Catania

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead digital design activities for cutting‑edge power management ICs, shaping design methods and automation within a high‑innovation team. You will oversee blocks from requirements to implementation, mentor juniors, and drive verification and debugging in both pre‑ and post‑silicon environments. The position offers hands‑on leadership in a globally distributed, technology‑forward setting focused on scalable, high‑quality digital designs.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to push the envelope in digital design and tool‑driven workflows.

Retribuzione / Benefits Develop, debug, and verify digital designs in pre‑ and post‑silicon environments

Create test benches and write tests to validate design intent

Develop scripts to improve design automation workflows

Manage design blocks across requirements, architecture, and implementation

Research and introduce new tools to aid design development

Mentor junior engineers and lead design projects as a technical authority

Represent digital design as the functional lead in projects

ResponsabilitàBSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience

Experience in collaborative and innovative design projects

Verilog: CDC/RDC/LINT clean designs

System

Verilog‑based test benches for mixed‑signal debugging

Gate‑level simulation debugging experience

Experience with industry‑standard serial interfaces (I2C, I3C, SPI, I2S)
Analytical, strong debug methodology

Proficiency with Cadence or Synopsys tool flows

Hands‑on technical leadership with successful project delivery
